Tellecaller Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate loan leads.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for further processing.
• Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead status in Excel or CRM.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.
• Confident speaking and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or loans will be preferred. Freshers can also apply.
