About the Role

Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Specialists for Personal Loan sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through company-provided leads.
• Explain Personal Loan products and benefits to prospective customers.
• Generate sales through telephonic interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum 10th Pass

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• 19,000 In-Hand Salary
• PF & ESIC Benefits
• Average Incentives: 10,000 15,000 per month

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• May extend up to 8:00 PM based on business requirements
