Telesales Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and soft skills.
• Develop curriculum content based on industry trends and company requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in insurance or related field.
• Strong understanding of OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNI (Training Needs Identification), TTT (Training Needs Analysis) concepts.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
