Telesales/ Telecalling

Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet daily targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Work on inbound calls from various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  
• Strong convincing power to meet sales targets and close deals effectively.
  
• 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales.
