Role Description

• The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
• The consultant will engage with prospective clients, explain available immigration and resettlement options, and provide detailed information about migration and investor visa pathways.
• Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting consultations, assessing client eligibility, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• The role involves coordinating with internal processing teams, following up with clients to ensure timely documentation, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
• The consultant will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and local promotional activities to increase awareness of the company's services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client queries effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex visa processes clearly and professionally.
• Relevant experience in immigration services is essential.
• Ability to work toward sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or immigration law are an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Pune Division is beneficial.
