Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Telesales Representative and Receptionist. The role involves handling incoming calls, making outbound telesales calls to prospects, and presenting Befiqrr.com's financial products and services clearly and accurately. The individual will welcome and direct visitors, manage front-desk inquiries, and maintain professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and customer records, following up on leads, scheduling appointments or consultations for financial advisors, and providing basic information about services and processes. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, supporting customer issue resolution, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for all clients and visitors.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.

• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in telesales, reception, or front-office roles; familiarity with financial services is an advantage.

• A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
