Telesales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
• Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or telesales industry.
• Strong domestic calling skills with excellent phone banking knowledge.
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
