Telesales officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily targets by achieving sales goals, meeting quotas, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year experience in telesales or related field (inside sales).
• Excellent cold calling, convincing power, pressure handling abilities.
• Strong voice processing skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
