Telesales Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product information to drive sales growth.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team for call handling, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office Suite.
