Telesales Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting performance metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, outbound calling, or telesales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications for data entry and record-keeping.
• Kannada mandatory
• Graduation or awaiting for results.
