Telesales Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
• Handle inbound calls from existing clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, reporting on progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone.
