Telesales Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of telesales professionals to achieve sales targets through outbound calls, telemarketing, and telecalling.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in telesales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through outbound calling campaigns.
• Strong understanding of telemarketing principles and practices.
