Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce company products and services, and explain key benefits clearly and persuasively. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate call records, and updating CRM systems. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with supervisors and team members to refine scripts, share feedback from customers, and contribute to continuous improvement of telesales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, convert opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment with good time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and call-handling systems.
• Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer contact centers is an advantage, especially in BFSI or related domains.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is beneficial.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
