Role Overview

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to manage outbound calling, customer follow-ups and lead conversion for software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable software solutions.
• Handle objections, queries and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities and customers.
• Maintain customer interaction records and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Good verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with calling and target-based sales.
