About this role
;1. Contact existing customers regularly to collect service feedback,
understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for
continued business.
2. Contact stopped/inactive customers and conduct regular followups to encourage them to restart business with the company.
3. Attend to and follow up on Digital Marketing campaign enquiries and
leads.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer calls, feedback, follow-ups , and
lead status.
5. Coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely resolution of
customer queries and requirements.
6. Monitor CCTV cameras at branches and promptly report
operational, security, or other concerns to the concerned team.
7. Identify new business opportunities and additional customer
requirements through regular customer interactions.
8. Prepare and share daily and weekly call, follow-up, and lead reports.

5. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Telesales, Telecalling,
Customer Service, or a similar role
6. Fluency in multiple languages with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
