We are expanding our team in Kolkata and inviting applications for the following position:
Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Industry: BPO / Telesales
Role Overview:
This is a core sales position responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead conversion. The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers from provided leads database
- Present and promote products/services effectively
- Convert leads into potential customers through consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales follow-up
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of proven experience in Sales (Documented experience mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
CTC INR 19,000/- Per Month | In-Hand INR 15,300/- + Performance Based Incentives
