Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive business growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software for lead tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective follow-up on sales opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (Tele Sales Executive).
• Strong English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, etc.
