Job Description:

• Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling, outbound calling, and strong relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Onboard new channel partners to expand the brand presence of Kadam and Pollie in the offline consumer market.
• Track, analyse, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales and marketing strategies remain aligned with market trends.
• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production) and external partners (transport, courier services) to maintain smooth sales and distribution operations.

• Skills Required:1 to 2 years of experience in cold calling and outbound calling, with an industry background in the retail, E-commerce, and FMCG sectors.
• Understanding of sales techniques and processes to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with prospects and potential clients. Proficiency in various lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
