Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment.
• Strong voice processing skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in telemarketing or inside sales techniques is an added advantage.
