Telesales Executive

GRX10 is looking for enthusiastic and confident Call Center Executives to join our team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, providing the right information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

We are looking for people who can communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, especially in both English and Hindi.

 

Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Communicate with customers in fluent English and Hindi
• Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately
• Follow up with customers as required
• Maintain accurate call and customer interaction records
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
• Represent GRX10 professionally in every customer interaction

Requirements 

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Clear pronunciation and strong listening skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
• Ability to understand conversations and respond appropriately
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
