Position: Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Hybrid — Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days/week

Work Structure: Monday–Friday WFH | Saturday Office

Salary: ₹23,000/month + performance incentives

Incentives: No upper limit

What Will You Do

As a Telecaller, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.

Your role will involve:

• Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls
• Understand their educational needs, interests, and requirements
• Explain relevant educational programs in a clear and engaging way
• Identify and qualify genuine leads
• Schedule counseling and demo sessions with the admissions team
• Follow up with interested prospects and build meaningful conversations
• Work towards daily and monthly calling & conversion targets
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Who Are We Looking For

• Have completed your Bachelor's degree/12th Pass
• Are confident communicating in English + a regional language
• Enjoy speaking with people and building conversations
• Have good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Are comfortable working towards targets
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Need

For your WFH days, you'll need:

• Personal laptop/PC
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Basic computer proficiency

Important Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree/12th Pass is required.
• Candidates currently pursuing Graduation or a Master's degree are not eligible.
• Prior telecalling/telesales experience of 0–1 year is mandatory.
