Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to convert leads into sales.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and networking.
• Follow-Up: Maintain a follow up schedule for leads and past customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product offerings and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Requirements

• The candidate must have proficiency in Hindi and English (Spoken and Written) with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telesales/sales.
