About this role
We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive (Telugu- speaking) to support Lokal App s growth by engaging potential users through outbound calls and converting leads into customers. This role involves understanding user needs, pitching relevant solutions, managing the sales funnel end-to-end, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
You ll work closely with the marketing team to capitalize on campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide on-ground customer insights that influence future strategies. This is an ownership-heavy role suited for someone who enjoys targets, conversations, and real impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively promote Lokal Apps services.
- Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.
- Fluency in Telugu and a good command of English .
- Previous experience in tele sales or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Excel and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Experience required: 1 Year (Minimum).
