Job Role: Outbound Lead Generation Executive (ICICI Bank Credit Card Process)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads for ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused calling experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Male and female candidates can apply.
• Basic, average, good, or excellent communication skills.

Shift Timings:

• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday fixed weekly off.

Salary:

For Basic/Average/Good Communication Skills:

• 17,000 to 20,000 Gross per month
• 15,000 to 18,000 In-hand per month
• Attractive performance-based incentives

For Excellent Communication Skills:

• 23,119 Gross per month
• 21,000 In-hand per month
• Attractive performance-based incentives
