Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain company services and generate leads/sales.
• After lead generation, handle the end-to-end process of the client.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Training & Learning

• Complete training will be provided by the company to help candidates understand the sales process and develop the required skills.
• Candidates will be trained on sales techniques, lead generation, client handling, follow-ups, and conversion processes.
• Training on understanding the trade/business process will also be provided to selected candidates.
• Freshers will receive proper guidance and support to understand the industry and perform their responsibilities effectively.
• Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English is not mandatory).
• Basic computer knowledge.
