About this role
Role & responsibilities :1. Make outbound calls to existing Home Loan customers for Balance Transfer & Top-up.
2. Explain better ROI, EMI reduction, and BT benefits to customers.
3. Generate leads, follow-up on CRM, and close sales over phone.
4. Handle customer queries regarding Home Loan BT process & documents.
5. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain call records, customer data and follow-up status in CRM.
7. Coordinate with credit & operations team for file login & disbursal.
8. Build good customer relationship for referrals.
Location: Sector 63, Noida - Work From Office
Preferred candidate profile :"South Indian candidates from Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam background currently living in Delhi NCR are highly preferred. Good incentives for language candidates."
