Telesales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO or inside sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali language (spoken).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets through outbound calling campaigns.
