Job Role

W e are looking for a highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven Telesales Associate to join our growing insurance sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, reaching out to potential customers to introduce, explain, and sell a range of insurance policies (including health, life, and motor insurance).

Role & responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls and explain company insurance services
• Followed up with assigned leads provided by the company
• Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
• Maintain customer relation ship through proper communication
• Update customer interaction detail in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshres can apply
• Telugu and english communication skills
• Good convincing and communication skills
• Candidate should be comfortable with target based work
• Immediate joiners preferred
