About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Telesales (Regional Language) to manage and grow relationships with key customers/dealers through telesales and account management.The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with a customer-first approach. Fluency in Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada is mandatory, along with good working proficiency in English.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers/dealers through regular telephonic interactions.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Proactively follow up with customers to understand their requirements, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining trust and long-term relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build a strong understanding of the regional market and customer/dealer needs.
• Maintain regular call/interaction records and update customer/account information in CRM or internal systems.
• Proactively follow up with customers to understand their requirements, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Tele-Sales/BD/Account Management/Client management etc.
• Fluency in the following regional languages is mandatory: Telugu / Malayalam/Telugu & Malayalam / Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu & Kannada.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience in B2B/B2C telesales, account management, customer retention, upselling, or cross-selling.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a 6 days Work from Office environment in Gurugram.
