Telesales Agent

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance products.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote insurance policies and upsell existing ones.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, including number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
• Strong skills in cold calling, credit card sales, domestic sales, inside sales, insurance sales, outbound calling, outbound telesales, upselling.
