### Job Responsibilities:

* Handle upsales and customer interactions.

* Identify opportunities to promote additional products/services.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain good customer relationships.

* Follow up with existing customers and generate additional sales.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

### Requirements:

* Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales/upsales or a related BPO process.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

* Immediate joiners preferred.
