Telesales Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to agriculture, crop, motor insurance products.
• Provide accurate information on policy coverage, premiums, and benefits to customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial services such as life insurance or investment products.
• Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant policies to existing clients.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in telesales or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture, crop, motor insurance products and their features.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
