Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in IP Telephony to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical projects, designing and implementing IP telephony solutions, and providing expert guidance to junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunication systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IP telephony systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on IP telephony best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IP telephony and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to IP telephony.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in IP Telephony technologies and protocols (SIP, H.323, etc.).
• Experience with VoIP systems and related hardware (IP PBX, gateways, etc.).
• Proficient in network design and troubleshooting, including QoS and bandwidth management.
• Hands-on experience with telephony applications and integrations.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make decisions based on best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions.
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Knowledge of related technologies such as Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, etc.) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IP telephony or related technical roles.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
