Job Description

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and fix appointments for site visits.
• Explain project details, features, and pricing over the phone.
• Maintain and update customer database with follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead handover.
• Follow up on inquiries from walk-ins, online campaigns, and marketing events.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets, conversions, and follow-up goals
