About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Cold Caller to connect with potential customers, introduce our products/services, generate interest, and create qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and prospective customers.

- Introduce the company, products, and services in a clear and professional manner.

- Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.

- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Handle basic customer queries and objections effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

- Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

- Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations professionally.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

- Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, sales, or business development will be an advantage.
