Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executives / Senior Executives to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
• Explain company products/services and provide relevant information.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call, lead and customer interaction records.
• Update lead status in CRM/software regularly.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• 2 – 10 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or a related field.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
