Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Tele-caller to handle outbound customer calls, generate and follow up on leads, and schedule appointments.

Role Description

The Telemarketing Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Telemarketing Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing database and qualify leads. The Executive will also provide feedback on customer responses to help refine scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills, with experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address questions and build positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil relevant to Chennai and Indian markets.
• Relevant skills such as basic CRM usage, call documentation, and familiarity with digital marketing or agency environments are beneficial.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred, along with the ability to work with targets and KPIs.
• Strong listening skills, professionalism on calls, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
