Telemarketing Executive - IT Sales (Domestic)

Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions
• Conduct product demos (website / software solutions) via Zoom/Google Meet
• Handle follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales cycle
• Close deals independently or coordinate with the BDM for larger opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/tools

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English Hindi mandatory)
• Ability to confidently handle cold calling and client conversations
• Basic understanding of IT services (websites, software, digital solutions)
• Experience in inside sales / BDE / IT sales / SaaS sales
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with virtual demos and selling tools online
