Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Call local businesses to pitch listing and digital advertising services.
• Drive Sales: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telemarketing sales goals.
• Customer Relationships: Explain premium feature packages and retain active clients.
• Data Management: Keep clean records of client calls, deals closed, and follow-ups.
• Market Feedback: Gather advertiser feedback to share with internal product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant sales drive.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Languages: Complete fluency in Malayalam; basic conversational English skills.
• Skills: Persuasive communication, strong negotiation tactics, and a result-oriented attitude.
• Tech Comfort: Familiarity with basic computer applications and logging data.
