Role Description The Telemarketer role at Tech Geum Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Perintalmanna. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce Tech Geum's ERP and consulting services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales and consulting teams. Responsibilities include following call scripts, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and providing clear information about services such as SAP, Zoho, and Odoo solutions. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, addressing basic customer questions, and redirecting complex queries to the appropriate team members. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to meet call targets, support campaigns, and contribute to overall business development goals.

• Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently set up meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for the sales and consulting teams.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Perintalmanna with consistent attendance and time management.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
