Telecom Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of telecom professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage, increase productivity, and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet connectivity.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in the telecom industry or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet protocols.
• Proven track record in team handling and leadership roles with excellent communication skills.
