Telecom Systems Engineer OSS and C Plus

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom OSS Developer with strong expertise in C development Linux Unix environments and Telecom OSS BSS systems
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing enhancing and supporting telecom network management and OSS applications while collaborating with global customers and cross functional teams
• This role requires strong problem solving abilities hands on development expertise and a deep understanding of telecom protocols and network management concepts

• Design develop enhance and maintain Telecom OSS platforms and network management applications
• Develop robust and scalable solutions using C STL OOPs concepts and Design Patterns
• Implement and optimize multi threaded and concurrent applications
• Analyze troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and defects
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
• Contribute to technical solution design automation initiatives and process improvements
• Support deployment performance tuning debugging and continuous enhancement activities
• Participate in Agile development processes code reviews and CI CD practices
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions
