Job Responsibilities

• Perform E2E testing of Telecom OSS applications.
• Validate Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, and Activation workflows.
• Test Cable, Broadband, Voice, and Video service provisioning processes.
• Execute API testing and validate request/response payloads, authentication, and error handling.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases; identify and track defects.
• Collaborate with business and development teams in an Agile environment.
