Telecom Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Executive to manage end-to-end IVR, voice broadcasting, and WhatsApp campaigns. The role involves coordinating with clients in Bihar, managing campaign execution, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and working with telecom providers and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients in Bihar to understand campaign requirements and ensure timely execution.
• Manage end-to-end IVR, voice broadcasting, and WhatsApp campaign operations.
• Handle campaign setup, scheduling, contact list management, script preparation, and audio coordination.
• Monitor campaign performance, call statistics, delivery status, and response rates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and campaign-wise performance reports using MS Excel.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for campaign reviews and client updates.
• Coordinate with telecom service providers and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues.
• Maintain campaign data, documentation, performance dashboards, and operational records.
• Track campaign progress and ensure execution aligns with client requirements and timelines.
• Identify campaign delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in telecom operations, IVR, voice broadcasting, or campaign management.
• Strong working knowledge of IVR, voice broadcasting, and WhatsApp campaign platforms.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; Bhojpuri language skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong client coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, telecom providers, and technical teams.

A proactive professional with hands-on telecom campaign execution experience, strong reporting skills, and the ability to manage campaign operations independently while maintaining client satisfaction and delivery accuracy.
