Job Title : CRM & Data Intelligence (Telesales)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Integration & Data Operations Specialist to build and automate a data-enrichment system for our telesales platform. Your main goal will be to enrich raw customer phone numbers in real-time with telecom circle/location data and UPI/VPA activity status before routing them to our calling agents.Key Responsibilities * API Integration: Connect raw lead lists / CRM with third-party verification APIs to fetch: * Telecom Circle & Region: To identify the customer's state/region and automatically route calls to native language speakers (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi). * UPI / VPA Verification: To check if the mobile number has an active UPI/bank handle, identifying digitally active adult/decision-maker contacts. * CRM / Telephony Routing Automation: Integrate enrichment scripts with our CRM or dialer software (e.g., LeadSquared, Vicidial, Exotel, Ameyo, or Google Sheets/Webhooks). * Batch Processing & Scripting: Write clean Python or Node.js scripts to process daily CSV files or real-time webhooks (handling 5,000–50,000 numbers daily) without hits to API rate limits. * Vendor Sourcing & Management: Evaluate, select, and maintain low-cost Indian API vendors for telecom lookup and UPI validation (e.g., Decentro, Cashfree, SureReach, or similar API aggregators).Required Skills & Qualifications * Technical Stack: Python (Requests, Pandas, Asyncio) OR Node.js / Google Apps Script. * API Experience: Experience integrating REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON data pipelines. * CRM / Dialer Familiarity: Experience with CRM integration (LeadSquared, Zooper, Salesforce, Zoho) or Cloud Telephony platforms (Exotel, MyOperator, Vicidial). * Payment & Identity Ecosystem: Exposure to Indian identity/payment verification services (UPI VPA check APIs, HLR lookup, Telecom Circle APIs). * Data Processing: Comfortable handling large CSV files, MySQL/PostgreSQL, or Google Sheets automation.Experience Required * 1 to 4 years in Data Operations, Backend Integration, Fintech API Development, or Telephony Solutions.Location: Delhi NCR Salary: [phone removed] per month Benefits: Company accomodation and FoodSourced from naukri
