Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TeleCalling role based in South East Delhi. The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and answering basic queries. Daily activities include maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads to support sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team, sharing customer feedback, and adhering to calling scripts and company guidelines to ensure professional communication.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone manners.
• Ability to understand customer needs, respond appropriately, and build rapport over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry and using CRM or call-tracking tools.
• Organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-up schedules, and accurate documentation.
• Customer-focused attitude, patience, and resilience when handling objections or high call loads.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school education; higher qualifications in commerce, marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in South East Delhi and adhere to company processes and performance goals.
