Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive for Shantesha Motors (Authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki) to manage sales/service leads, qualify customer enquiries, generate new leads, and coordinate with the Sales/Service Team for effective lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, purchase timeline, and vehicle preference.
• Manage and update leads through Lead Management System / CRM.
• Follow up regularly with generated leads and ensure timely closure or handover.
• Generate new leads through telecalling
• Identify hyperlocal sales opportunities
• Coordinate with Sales Executives for appointments, showroom visits, test drives, and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare real time report.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, follow-up, and appointment targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
• Working knowledge of CRM / Lead Management Systems.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Customer-focused, proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Automobile dealership experience preferred.
• Hyperlocal sales/lead-generation experience preferred.
