Telecalling Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to handle incoming patient enquiries and convert leads into appointments.

Key responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with patient leads
• Understand patient requirements and explain Dent@Home services
• Convert enquiries into appointments/treatments
• Follow up consistently with interested patients
• Maintain lead records and update status regularly
• Coordinate with the operations team for appointments
• Reconnect with old/inactive leads when required

Requirements: Good communication skills, confidence on calls, persuasive ability, and strong follow-up skills. Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred.

Salary: 15,00022,000/month
