Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and respond to admission enquiries.
• Share basic information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Follow up with interested parents and schedule campus visits or counselling sessions.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the Admissions Team to support lead conversion.
• Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation goals.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or school admissions preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
• Target-oriented, organised, and parent-friendly approach.
