Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Maintain accurate call records and donor information in MS Excel for future follow-ups.
• Handle incoming calls from donors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and strategies for effective calling campaigns.
• Assist in organizing virtual events and fundraisers to engage donors and raise awareness.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and fundraising techniques.
• Work closely with the fundraising team to achieve donation targets and contribute to the growth of Altruism Casa.
